With the philosophy of foraging at the heart of The Botanist Gin, we invited 8 of South Africa’s top bartenders and influencers to join us on an inspiring, local foraging experience on the mountains of Cape Point. Using the botanicals that they had hand foraged, the bartenders were challenged to create and present a unique foraged serve at the launch event for a chance to join some of the world’s leading bartenders at an exclusive Foraged Mixology course in wild Islay – home of The Botanist Gin.
