Another week has passed and Sarel van der Merwe is still pushing contestants to their limits. Watch Groups 5 and 6 take on Sarel's speed and technical trials and see if they have what it takes to make it to the 2014 Amarok Spirit of Africa Trophy finals.

Contestants from Group 3 and 4 battle it out through various speed and technical trials set by the one and only Sarel van der Merwe himself. These groups are particularly tough, made up mostly of previous contestants who have returned to seek revenge for past defeats.
